FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: intervention with application of high-intensive laser radiation is carried out (HILR) immediately in formation tissue under the tool control, by paracentetic introduction in its of light guide depth and the subsequent influence from within on formation tissue laser radiation. The paracentetic light guide introduction is carried out consistently on all surface of formation, since the points located on its perimeter, on border with intact tissue of operated organ. The distance between points makes 1.5 - 2.5 cm, influence is carried out laser radiation of the diode laser with a wavelength by of 805 nanometers power 2.5 W in constant regimen to influence dose in each point to 2000 J. Introduction in a tissue of formation of 96% of ethanol in number of not less than 45% from formation volume is carried out after the HILR influence. The quantity of sessions depending on volume and efficiency of treatment makes from one to five.
EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency, avoidance of secondary necrosis of parenchyma and exudative complications.
