FIELD: railway repair and maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine can be used for transportation, installation, and dismantling of supports for contact systems. Machine is based on self-propelled chassis which carries manipulator. Manipulator is provided with frame with power-operated grip mounted on end of frame. Another power-operated grip is mounted on power-driven carriage which can be moved along aforesaid frame. Self-propelled chassis is made in the form of railway platform car having drilling rig and cradles for location of contact system supports. Manipulator is provided with telescopic boom which is adapted for turning in vertical plane. Installed on end of telescopic boom is frame made in the form of cross-member and provided with mechanism for turning relative to longitudinal axis of telescopic boom and along horizontal axis which is perpendicular to longitudinal axis. Additionally mounted on platform car is device for cutting off old supports of contact system. Application of aforesaid embodiment of machine allows for performing more efficient operations due to wider technological potentialities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
