FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increase of measurement accuracy of parameters of three-element two-terminal devices and at shortened duration of measurement. It is proposed that on completion of balancing of bridge on first frequency with use of sign of informative projection of unbalance signal on second frequency size of controlled actions for change of one of three ( third ) adjustable parameters of comparison arm is determined by modulus of unbalance signal on second frequency and their direction is to be chosen by sign of increment of this modulus during test change of third parameter of comparison arm with reference to its established value. It should be done to achieve increase of measurement accuracy. To shorten duration of measurement it is suggested that values of first and second parameters of comparison arm are to be set from condition of maintenance of balancing of bridge on first frequency while adjusting third parameter of comparison arm by sign of informative projection of unbalance signal on second frequency simultaneously with its specified value. It is also suggested that besides sign modulus of informative projection of unbalance signal on second frequency should be employed for adjustment of third parameter of comparison arm as bridge is approaching frequency-independent state of balancing.
