FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in provision of high accuracy and fast measurement of parameters of three-element multiple-series RC two-terminal devices which is achieved by means of separate reading of three measured parameters according to numbers of turns of grounded adjustable windings of voltage transformers with use of constant measures of resistance and capacitance in comparison circuit. Second secondary winding of main voltage transformer and third secondary winding are individually connected to inputs of precision adder. Second and third primary windings of current comparator are connected through measured two- terminal device and linked through constant measure of capacitance in first position of switch to output terminal of precision voltage adder. Second secondary winding of main voltage transformer, primary winding of auxiliary voltage transformer and third primary winding of current comparator are adjustable windings.
