FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for treatment of functional visual disorders associated with disturbance of accommodation. Device has screen mounted loosely on guide provided with support. It includes mirror reflector and housing fixed on supporting end of guide. Test-object is provided with hole and arranged in housing. Mirror reflector may be made either as reflecting layer applied on front operating surface of moving screen or as separate changeable member positioned on screen. One or several test-signs may be applied on mirror reflector to enlarge functional capabilities of device. Device may be used for performance of training exercises without special spectacles which excludes additional material expenses of patients. It also allows performance of training exercises for development of binocular vision. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 4 cl, 4 dwg
