FIELD: medical engineering, in particular, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device has screen 1 provided with carriage 2 with pusher 10 and cartridge 3 with changeable test-objects 7, guide 4 with support 5, and immovable screen 6 with hole positioned coaxially with test-object 7. Changeable lens 9 is installed, if required, into hole 8 of screen 6. Immovable screen 6 protects patient's field of vision against distracting factors and concentrates visual attention of patient on test-object completely. Device may be used by all patients irrespective of refraction of eyes without using special eye-glasses. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of training. 2 cl, 1 dwg
