FIELD: medicine; applicable in neurology for treatment of enuresis. SUBSTANCE: method includes detection and sanitation of foci of chronic infection; detection of painful foci in zone of inlet of skull cavity of sensitive cranial nerves at cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral levels; arresting them successively, one focus a day by injection of V.A. Kozyrev medicinal mixture. It is preliminarily prepared by mixing of 10 ml of 2-% solution of novocaine, 10 ml of 0.02-% solution of vitamin B12, 1.0 ml of 2.5-% aqueous solution of hydrocortisone, 1.0 ml of 2-% solution of papaverin hydrochloride, 1.0 ml of physiological salt solution. Mixture is introduced by transneural or transradicular injection in volume of 3.0 ml, and in arresting of painful foci in region of patient vertebral arches at lumbosacral level, 4.0 ml of mixture is injected into cicatrix mass between ends of patient vertebral arches.
