SUBSTANCE: method includes detection and sanitation of chronic infection foci; detection of dominant painful foci in zones of inlet to skull cavity, sensitive cranial nerves and sensitive roots of spinal nerve at cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral levels; their successive arresting one focus a day, with the help of transneural or transradicular injection of 3.0 ml of V.A. Kozyrev medicinal mixture. The latter is prepared by preliminary mixing 10 ml of 2.0-% solution of novocaine, 1.0 ml of 0.02-% solution of vitamin B12, 1.0 ml of 2.5-% aqueous solution of hydrocartisone suspension, 1.0 ml of 2.0-% solution of papaverine hydrochloride, 1.0 ml of physiological salt solution. After arresting of all detected foci, dose of anticonvulsive preparations is gradually, during 2-3 months, reduced with their subsequent full cancellation.
