FIELD: urology. SUBSTANCE: urate calculi are dissolved by medicinal preparation. In addition, kidney is exposed to intraosseous magnetic and pulse infrared laser irradiation. Magnetic induction equals 35 ± mT, and time of exposure is from 1 to 15 min. Pulse frequency is from 5 to 33,000 Hz. Pulse power is increased gradually from 3.6 mW to 7.0 W. The method makes it possible to increase concentration of medicinal preparation in urine. EFFECT: increased speed of calculus dissolving.
