SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially or at the same time exposing the concretion to shock waves of distant lithotripsy apparatuses and sterile litholytic mixture for destroying the calculi in kidneys or ureter into fragments of various sizes and shapes that are solved within 5-16 h completely under continuous action of the sterile litholytic mixture. The litholytic mixture has 400 ml of 5% glucose solution with 5000 units of heparin + 20 ml of 3.66% trisamine solution +400 ml of 0.2 % xidiphon solution in 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
