FIELD: entertaining equipment, which may be used by children of any age, including physically and mentally disabled and invalid children. SUBSTANCE: swing has column with cross-piece, tie-rods pivotally connected to cross-piece and provided with seat, safety device with smooth curved surface concentric to tie-rod rocking axis. This device is secured to tie-rods and seat. Restrictors serve to change tie-rod rocking path. Safety device is wide and it extends beyond tie-rods and seat at both sides. Radius of curved surface is selected so that individual is accommodated within safety device with no part of individual's body extending beyond curved surface. Length of curved surface is selected so that end portions of it are positioned at height at least equal to maximum height of children of predetermined age, when tie-rods are rocked to maximum extent to both sides, or outer curved surface is made in the form of closed circuit. Such construction of swing does not require constant keeping an eye on children by grownups. EFFECT: simplified construction and safe usage conditions. 3 cl, 4 dwg
