SUBSTANCE: safe swing with a cylindrical-shaped protective housing installed coaxial to the pivot axis of the motion rods bearing the seat so that to enable movement together with them; the housing encloses the movable swing parts from the outside and is equipped with two individual suspensions mounted on the cross bar and supports interacting with the seat elements; mounted on the outside surface of the protective housing are light arch-shaped reinforcement elements of the protective housing; the protective housing is equipped with two individual pivot suspensions mounted on the cross bar and supports installed inside the housing and interacting, bilaterally, with the seat elements; mounted on the cross bar is a tracer with profiled grooves of varied depth displaced relative to each other and closed twice at a specific calculated angle (no less than 5-10°); there is an electric motor ensuring rotation of the drum with an elastic plate; a tracer pin is installed on the cross pieces of the swing motion rods in guide holes that interacts, via its top and bottom ends respectively, with the tracer grooves and the elastic plate of the rotary drum at the moment of the set forward and downward movement and maximal protrusion of the tracer pin; the top guiding hole for the tracer pin is oval-shaped with the possibility of alternate transition of the tracer pin from one groove to the other.
