After further bending of plates around edge arranged perpendicularly and in parallel with plane of sheet axis, plates overlap and they are nondetachably connected to each other in over lapping area, and are connected at the base by means of narrow section 11 of sheet between plates which is bent upwards together with plates. Height of bent upwards section 11 of sheet over inner surface of sheet 7 is equal to sum of sheet thickness and radius of bending around edge.
