FIELD: determination of dynamic characteristics of members of structure. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices exciting elastic vibrations in structures. Aerodynamic vibrations of aircraft wing are excited with the aid of aerodynamic exciter that includes rotary aerodynamic surface located on wing tip with electric motor drives of this surface manufactured in the form of two-bladed propeller. Blades with specified blade angle are placed in parallel one to another, propeller axis is situated between blades and is directed along chords of aircraft wing. Focus of blades matches flexural axis of aircraft wing. EFFECT: increased test efficiency. 2 dwg
