FIELD: mechanical engineering; measuring facilities. SUBSTANCE: bladed wheel is installed horizontally and test blade is chosen. Then angle of chord of wheel blade relative to horizon is checked by means of unit measuring deviation of geometric parameter of blade in preset section. Re-setting the measuring unit in the same selected section of other blades, angle of blade setting relative to reference blade is found, results are compared and then pairs of blades are selected with preset tolerable allowance for algebraic sum of differences in chord angles.
