FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by perosseous fixing of tendon to kneepan with the use of loop-like U-shaped sutures which are brought out to front surface of kneepan through two inclined canals so that threads of each canal after tying lie down on tendon fascicles fastened to kneepan. Sutures are strengthened by blocking tie from synthetic fibers. Tie in the form of wide loop-like suture is brought through teared off tendon over front surface of kneepan and secured under its ligament that reduces duration of immobilization due to strength of suture. EFFECT: higher efficiency of tendon fastening. 2 dwg, 1 ex
