SUBSTANCE: method includes separate mobilization of heads of musculus quadriceps; cutting out of widened multilayer extension of tendon of straight head from central zone of break-off tendon; adding to perosseous fixing to kneepan of straight head tendon extension of blocking band-tie fastened to under its ligament and passed in transverse direction through tendon; mobilization of lateral and medial wide muscles in the form of tongue-like grafts and suturing them to tendinous elements at kneepan and to edges of band-tie.
