FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves doing longitudinal venotomy in the vicinity of sinus. Stretched valve cusps are sutured along the line of their natural attachment to the venous wall. Suturing is performed on plastic tube introduced into the vein lumen. The tube diameter is equal to vein diameter at a place located some distance apart in distal direction relative to the valve under repair. EFFECT: removed venous valves insufficiency. 3 dwg
