FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: main vein is transected completely. After which the valve of own vein is formed. For this purpose the vein is cut, and the proximal end is inserted in the distal due to mobilisation of the vein over 5-8 cm. Opposite free edges of the leading end of the vein are gripped by puncture using non-traumatic needle 5/0. Then at a distance half the diameter of vein flap in discharge valve future fixed end of the vein inserted into the latter in the cranial direction driving end of the vein. A circular purse-string suture are placed without vein narrowing, fixing the external edge to the afferent.
EFFECT: method enables avoiding the need to use artificial materials and reducing the number of thrombosis in the area of reconstruction of venous valve.
