FIELD: aeronautical engineering; alighting gears. SUBSTANCE: shock absorber-jack includes body, hollow rod with diaphragm, profiled needle, floating piston, high- and low-pressure gas chambers, main hydraulic chamber and separator piston which is arranged in rod for separating the low-pressure gas chamber from main hydraulic chamber and is connected with above-mentioned needle. Profiled needle passes to main hydraulic chamber through sealed hole available in diaphragm of rod and provided with calibrated orifices. Floating piston separates high-pressure gas chamber from main hydraulic chamber; it is mounted above diaphragm. Shock absorber-jack includes also cylindrical hollow housing of above-mentioned high-pressure gas chamber where floating piston and diaphragm are mounted. This housing is secured inside upper portion of body of shock absorber-jack forming circular cavity between its outer surface and inner surface of shock absorber-jack body. Shock absorber-jack is provided with additional piston located in this circular cavity forming above-piston hydraulic chamber connected with hydraulic system of flying vehicle.
