METHOD OF REVEALING INCORRECTLY CLOSED INSERTS OF FRAMES FOR FREEZING FOODSTUFFS, INSERTS OF FRAME AND SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING PROPOSED METHOD Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: food industry; freezing of large size briquettes of food such as fish filet. SUBSTANCE: inserts are provided with cover with side flaps to be closed after filling the insert. Steps should be taken to keep cover flaps on outer sides of insert walls inside freezing frame as flaps can get into product under freezing and thus violate shape of briquette. This relates also to corner flaps which should be folded into required position during assembling of insert. To provide correct assembling and closing of inserts when they are taken out of freezing frames, inserts are used which have printed marks on sections of outer side which are to be closed by outer flaps of insert cover. Closed inserts are checked for any visible mark which will indicate potentially defective product in briquette. EFFECT: provision of automatic detection of outer parts of flaps. 10 cl, 5 dwg
