FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines and compressors. SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism has one synchronizing ring and levers. One end of each lever is connected to blade, and other end is hinge-connected with synchronizing ring. Novelty is that hinge joints of levers for separate blades are secured on synchronizing ring with displacement relative to each other along longitudinal axis of machine. At least one of hinge joints is arranged on longitudinal projection additionally secured on synchronizing ring. Longitudinal slot open towards lever is made on end of projection. Hinge joint is driven into slot. EFFECT: provision of preset turning angle for separate blades with resulting enhanced reliability and increased service life of turbo-machine working wheel blading located below in direction of flow. 3 cl, 3 dwg
