FIELD: fishery and rearing of crustaceous, in particular, equipment for keeping fish and crawfish producers, incubation of fish and crawfish together with females, and holding of larva upon incubation. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel within which spawn incubation reservoir and producer and larva holding reservoir are mounted. Reservoirs are defined by transverse partition walls of predetermined thickness. Apparatus is further provided with water supply and runoff system for supplying water from natural basin. Water supply and runoff system has water conduit with valves and water outlets. Apparatus is mounted on stationary platform which is installed on supports and inclined in water runoff direction. Platform is equipped with passage for personnel. Apparatus has trough adapted for discharging of larva into basin and provided with fencing devices positioned at different water levels. Incubation reservoirs have several sections and are made in the form of labyrinth. According to version, immersible fish spawn incubation devices or cell blocks for full crawfish are positioned in labyrinths. Each fish spawn incubation device has two opposite windows arranged above base and below upper edge, respectively. Netted frames are disposed within devices. Full crawfish cell blocks are made in the form of linear pipes interconnected by yokes to define blocks and provided at their ends with nets having openings sized for passage of larva.
