FIELD: rocketry and aviation. SUBSTANCE: method is based on change pressure of gas medium inside closed volume relative to pressure on its surface. Closed volume of the case is additionally divided into two volumes by shielding one volume from other. During light, gas medium flows from one volume to other and escape of gas medium to atmosphere is allowed from one volume simultaneously with bypass. Device used for realization of this method has envelope, drainage holes, separating shields with holes which are secured to envelope and are used for dividing the envelope into several closed reservoirs. According to second version, drainage holes and holes in shields are provided with single-acting valves. According to third version, member for forming separated flow mounted in drainage hole or near it is made in form of aerodynamically profiled superstructure with drainage hole on its surface which is connected with drainage hole of envelope.
