AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE WITH WEIGHING OF LOOSE PRODUCTS AND SMALL-SIZE ARTICLES Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: food and chemical industries; packing of groats, short macaroni foods, baked goods, chemicals. SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic packing machine has common fixed accumulator, weight metering head, transportation and dosing module consisting of feed reservoir, equalizing reservoir and dosing reservoir arranged in tandem and in cascade. Equalizing reservoir is made in form of vertical feeder formed rear, side and front walls. The latter has movable gate and fastening screw. Slot between dosing tray bottom and lower edge of gate serves to pass product into tray intake zone. Vibratory drive is used in each reservoir. Vibratory drive of trays is provided with device to preset direction of product flow. No such device is installed in reservoirs. When handling small-size articles, front wall can be set at acute angle relative to side walls of tray. Shaped cutout should be preferably made on lower edge of movable gate. To simplify the design, vertical feeder can be second on tray, or rear and side walls of vertical feeder can be made as extension of corresponding walls of tray, and front wall, as bridge between side walls. EFFECT: provision of stable operation, possibility of easy change-over for dispensing of products differing in shape and size. 7 cl, 8 dwg
