SUBSTANCE: module of multicomponent dispensing is proposed, comprising a frame with the hoppers for components mounted on it, communicating through the feeding mechanisms with drives with the trays attached to the weight sensors mounted on the common horizontal shaft with the ability of their rotation mutual with the trays, and the unloading device, in which the feeding mechanisms are provided with pneumatic control valves mounted on the end of the feeding mechanisms, the unloading device is used as a chain scraper conveyor, which housing and scrapers have a semi-circular shape, and the shaft is used as the rotary crankshaft mounted with the ability of rotation by 180 degrees.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and quality of dispensing the products.
