FIELD: general and power mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: test stand has input and output main lines, controllable source of gas flow made as production compressor, controllable which drive is represented by internal combustion engine, devices for producing of gas-flow pulsations manufactured in the form of regulated throttle with control mechanism and rotary flap with drive intended for its rotation. Rotary flap is positioned on outlet branch pipe coupled to output main line. Test stand also includes measuring and control devices, jet mixer, active channel of which is coupled to output main line of production compressor and passive channel, to output main line of internal combustion engine. Output main line of test stand is coupled to inlet manifold of internal combustion engine by by-pass main line. Two-way cock is positioned at place of connection of by-pass main line, inlet manifold of internal combustion engine and input main line of internal combustion engine. Two-way cock has two positions. First position: inlet manifold of internal combustion engine is connected to atmosphere through input main line of internal combustion engine and air filter and the second position: inlet manifold of internal combustion engine is connected to test stand input main line through by-pass main line. Production compressor is driven through step-up reduction gear. Input and output main lines of test stand are coupled to compressor and turbine of turbocompressor under test, respectively. In addition, test stand contains heat exchanger-recuperator, first circuit of which is connected to output of turbine of turbocompressor under test and second circuit, to production compressor output and passive channel of mixer.
