FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: test bench for turbo-compressor of internal combustion engine (ICE) consists of: vary-drive, tested turbo-compressor, driven centrifugal booster (1), inlet (7, 8, 9) and outlet mains, flow metres (12), gear box (19), combustion chamber (5), adjustable orifice (22), and systems of turbo-compressor lubrication and cooling. As a vary-drive there is used ICE (2) with mixer (6). Flow metres (12) are installed on inlet (10) mains. Gear box (19) is mounted on a frame of the internal combustion engine and is connected with intermediate support (21) via cardan shaft (20). Support (21) is connected to driven centrifugal booster (21). Combustion chamber (5) is located at inlet to turbine (3) of a tested turbo-compressor. Adjustable orifice (22) is made at outlet from compressor (4) of the tested turbo-compressor. The lubrication system consists of oil pump (26) with an electric engine, of oil clarification filter (27), of inlet (28, 29) and discharge mains of the turbo-compressor and driven centrifugal booster (31, 30), and of oil tank ( 24) with electric heaters (25). The cooling system consists of water tank (32), of water pump (34) with an electric engine, of heat-exchanger-cooler (36), of inlet (33) and discharge (35) mains of turbo-compressor cooling.
EFFECT: determination of stability resource for surge at various modes of turbo-compressor operation.
