FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: GPS receiver receives information on current time and on status from satellite of global positioning system for generation of signals of clock frequency for corresponding units of base station and for generation of given messages on formation of own status ( indication and transmission of messages of system time ). Processor controlling base station receives given messages on formation of status messages ( indication and generation of messages of system time ), on isolation of information on system time from these data for immediate transmission to proper processors of base station, periodically checks changes in status and sends these data to control device of base station which is technical result of invention.
