FIELD: medicine, oncology, chemical- -pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of antitumor agent containing ampicillin sodium salt, medicinal bile, iodine alcoholic solution, sugar and water for injections taken at the definite ratio. Checking shows high antitumor activity of agent in experimental animals with transplantable tumors and cytotoxic activity in cultured cells, effectiveness in treatment of cows with leukosis and positive results of treatment of five patients with malignant tumors. Agent shows effectiveness in treatment of both solid and ascite forms of malignant tumors, metastatic forms, decrease of metastasizing and in treatment of diseases with hemopoiesis disturbances.
