FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: use of liquid alcohol extract of black chokeberry fruit (Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot), obtained by countercurrent 5-step repercolation with a completed cycle of black chokeberry fruit crushed to 0.5-1 mm with 95% acidified ethyl alcohol at room temperature, extract settling at a temperature not exceeding 10°C for two at least days, filtration, as a means of anti-metastatic activity, increasing the anti-metastatic effect of cyclophosphan.
EFFECT: agent has a pronounced anti-metastatic activity and increases the anti-metastatic effect of cyclophosphan.
