FIELD: mixing and homogenizing technique; chemical, oil producing, oil refining, food-processing, perfumery, pharmaceutical, fuel-and-power, chemical-and-photographic and microbiological industries; construction and highway engineering. SUBSTANCE: stator disk of apparatus has radial slots in the amount equal to or multiple of number of flexible members (blades, struts) with whose help stator is mounted in housing. Slots may be made at angle relative to radius and they may be through. Through slots may extend over entire length of stator disk forming its separate sectors which are different is geometry and/or and have different location relative to flexible members. Flexible members may be of different geometry at different location relative to one another; through slots are inclined relative to surface of rotor disk; separate sectors are mounted at angle relative to plane of rotation of rotor, thus increasing amplitude, frequency and intensity of acoustic action of stator on medium being treated.
