FIELD: aviation; deploying parachutes in the course of ejection. SUBSTANCE: shutter has barometric unit 1, clockwork mechanism and actuating mechanism with actuating pin 14, rod 20, spring 21 and piercing device 22 for explosive charge 25. During ejection, actuating pin 14 releases ball lock 18 and roller 13 presses sector 11 under action of spring 21, thus actuating clockwork mechanism if ejection is performed from altitude below preset level, i.e. when clamp 4 was not locked by lever 2 of barometric unit 1. If altitude of ejection is above preset level, clockwork mechanism is locked by lever 2 till seat with pilot has reached permissible altitude. In both cases, clockwork mechanism follows preset time, roller 13 is broken off and rod 20 pierces primer of explosive charge which separates seat from pilot and deploys parachute system. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of operation in altitude; enhanced reliability; reduced overall dimensions and mass. 2 cl, 1 dwg
