FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of control of ejection seat operation consists in measuring the speed and altitude at moment of ejection and setting functional configuration of ejection seat and time sequence of operation of its systems depending on the above-mentioned data. In addition to speed and altitude, bank angle and rate of bank, vertical velocity and vertical acceleration are measured; besides that, indication of dive, pitch-up and deflection of landing gear are determined. Then acceleration in braking and barometric height of seat are measured; according to the data thus obtained, functional configuration of seat and time sequence of operation of its systems are preset.
