SUBSTANCE: device for synchronizing burst transmission in simultaneous transmission system has communication controller incorporating vocoder and vocoder-controlling input/output (I/O) processor, time-matching I/O processor, and burst counter for entering time-matching labels in voice/data bursts and for matching burst numbers and synchronizing in response to synchronization requests from main radio communication unit. Communication controller is coupled with radio communication units each incorporating burst decoder for identifying synchronization transmission label and for transmitting burst number matching request to communication controller and to data synchronization detector to compare time of reception of first data burst with predetermined preferable reception time and to transmit time matching request to communication controller.
