FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: paste production device has base, mechanical drive and accumulation tank. Bottom of tank is weld to housing which carries screw and draw plate. In addition device has impeller mixer and control unit. Tank comprises two chambers and is designed as cylinder which is split into upper and lower chambers by intermediate wall with holes covered by gates. Upper chamber comprises impeller mixer mounted in vertical position. Its axis is passed through intermediate wall into lower chamber and is connected to vertical shaft by means of geared pair, which is located under tank and is connected to mechanical drive. Lower chamber comprises brushes which touch tank bottom and are connected to the same shaft. In addition, brushes are equipped with rotation clippers. Horizontal shaft of conic geared pair is connected to rod. Generating surface of upper chamber has stationary ribs which enter into chamber. EFFECT: increased efficiency of production. 7 cl, 7 dwg
