FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: lace-type boots have pair of portions adhering to shin bone part of leg and provided with lace guiding members within which one lace is twisted in the form of loop. Other lace is fastened with its one or two ends on front part of portion adhering to shin bone part of leg, for instance in upper lace guiding members, or loop-shaped part of lace is passed through main or additional lace guiding members. Method involves pulling loop of first lace through lace guiding members in front part of portions adhering to shin bone part of leg; fastening with one or two ends or passing loop of second lace through existing or additional lace guiding members and binding loop of first lace with second lace or its loop. EFFECT: improved wearing capacity of boot by simplified fastening to leg and increased service life of laces. 11 cl, 10 dwg
