SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stringed footwear containing a top, having a pair of quarters with sockets, a stringed part designed so that to enable connection of the zigzag-shaped line of the quarters sockets to the row of sockets positioned between the quarters; the said stringed part is equipped with a fixture and is made of several crosswise sections and a single longitudinal cord; the ends of the crosswise sections are rigidly connected to the quarters sockets, their central part connected to the longitudinal cord that has a bulge and a handle in its end part; the stringed footwear is equipped with a device positioned between the quarters with holes for accommodation of the stringed part therein; the fixture is a variable diameter cylinder.

EFFECT: ensuring decrease of the string length required for the footwear fixation on the foot.
