FIELD: agricultural product processing equipment used in enterprises and homes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, cellular knife adapted for cutting product into pieces and inserted into slots in opposite casing walls. Plate for leveling cut portion of product with respect to predetermined surface is inserted into slots extending perpendicular to slots of cellular knife. Peel cutting knife is mounted in casing with cutting edge adjoining cellular knife working surface. Cellular knife and plate working surfaces are faced one toward the other. Cell walls of cellular knife are positioned perpendicular to direction of probable motion of knife. Peel cutting knife is positioned laterally of table so as to intersect cellular knife displacement path, and its cutting edge is faced toward table. EFFECT: simplified construction, improved peeling capacity and reduced peeling time. 5 dwg
