SUBSTANCE: method involves inhibiting metabolism activity of sample cells by injuring them to a state enabling full-scale cell activity restoration to be impossible. The state is recorded by exposing the carrier to extremely high frequency radiation in its direct interaction with the cells. Then the information carrier is enclosed into biologically inert material envelope and set into a device applied for acting upon the organism. The device has carrier with stored information that concerns metabolism activity of the injured sample cells prior to a state enabling full-scale cell activity restoration to be impossible. The carrier is mounted in screening casing with cover. The casing also has magnetic field source for acting upon the information carrier, manufactured as permanent magnet or solenoid. The information carrier is semiconductor crystal like semiconductor diode or transistor crystal connected to power supply source and having links to commutation and indication units. All units of the device are provided with screening partitions. The screening partitions and the screening casing enclose some protection volume protecting the information carrier from parasite self-recording during device operation time.
