SUBSTANCE: ship mooring system includes ring-shaped recess in lower portion of ship's hull for mooring operations, mooring member whose upper portion is engageable with mooring recess and connected with many ropes holding this member at definite depth, unit for raising the mooring member from depth till it gets engageable with mooring recess and device for abruptly admitting water into ship's hull through inlet holes located within mooring recess.
