FIELD: shipbuilding; mooring gears with sunken mooring member for performing drilling operations and producing oil under arctic conditions. SUBSTANCE: proposed mooring system has circular mooring area in ship's hull bottom, floating mooring member, ground tackle, unit for reducing hydrostatic pressure in mooring area and unit for control of buoyancy of mooring member. Upper part of mooring member may be engageable with mooring area. Mooring member is positively delivered to mooring area by means of hydrostatic pressure reducing unit. Mooring member may raise for contact with ship's hull or lower for breaking this contact by means of buoyancy control unit of above-mentioned mooring member. System may be used without mooring member which is slidable vertically. In this case, ship is secured directly to ground tackle making use of dewatering unit. EFFECT: updating of point-type mooring system; enhanced safety of mooring ships under ice conditions. 15 cl, 9 dwg
