FIELD: borating of quick-wearing parts of cylinder-piston group of mud and grouting pimps. SUBSTANCE: plant is equipped with tray and flange with sockets fastened by bar. Flange is mounted for vertical movement along bar under action of its weight. Crucible is covered by lid with device setting it in horizontal position. Centers of sockets of spherical supports on lid of crucible, sockets of tray and flange lie on same vertical axis and machined parts or electrodes are fitted with weighting materials and are placed on lid with the help of spherical supports to ensure their vertical position and parallelism of axes of parts and electrodes in process of borating. EFFECT: considerably improved quality of borating and prolonged service life of machined parts. 3 cl, 2 dwg
