FIELD: oil- and gas-producing industry; applicable in treatment of bottom-hole zone of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, device has supporting body, magnetostriction vibrator and acoustic baffle. Magnetostriction vibrator is made of rod type and secured in supporting body above acoustic baffle. Distance between radiating end of magnetostriction vibrator and reflecting surface of acoustic baffle equals uneven number of half-waves set in well fluid at resonance frequency of magnetostriction vibrator. Made in supporting body between radiating end of magnetostriction vibrator and reflecting surface of acoustic baffle is window for radiation of acoustic wave into well fluid. According to the second version, device has additional at least one magnetostriction vibrator. Both magnetostriction vibrators are rod type and secured in supporting body at distance between radiating end of magnetostriction vibrator equalling uneven number of half-waves set in well fluid at resonance frequency of magnetostriction vibrator. Radiating ends of magnetostriction vibrator are connected by flexible insert in which current lead-in is installed. Made in supporting body between radiating ends of magnetostriction vibrator are windows for radiation of acoustic wave into well fluid. Own frequency of one magnetostriction vibrators arranged in pair differs from neighboring one by 5-50 Hz. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation. 3 cl, 2 dwg
