FIELD: technical aids for automation of combat and operational processes in tanks, combat infantry vehicles and other combat tracked vehicles. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in design of individual and collective working positions of operators ( crew members ) of various tracked and wheeled vehicles. Technical task of invention consists in increased efficiency of combat activity of operator ( commander, gunner ) of combat tracked vehicle thanks to maximum approximation of their operational conditions in moving vehicle to conditions at standstill. In accordance with invention stabilization of angular working position of operator and minimization of linear accelerations emerging with movement of combat tracked vehicle are provided thanks to its fitting with cushion systems acting in longitudinal and vertical directions and level systems acting in longitudinal and lateral planes of operator's seat linked to eye- piece part of sight placed in separate case and coupled optically with the use of flexible light guide to objective part of sight made fast to turret top of combat tracked vehicle.
