FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining alpha tumor necrosis factor level in blood serum and tears taken from a healthy and injured eye in dynamic mode. The factor being absent in blood serum and tears fluid of both eyes, worsening clinical course with high probability of metastases is predicted. No factor being manifested, it is thought to be absolute indication in favor of applying adequate immunity correction treatment under control of immunological indices. EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis; enhanced effectiveness of treatment course.
