FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out exact morphological study of removed tumor cells to determine in turn immunopositive cell percentage expressing Flt receptor in nucleus and cytoplasm relative to total tumor cell number in vision field and index of relation of Flt rank in the nucleus to one in cytoplasm. The index value being found less than 1, high probability of metastases is to be predicted. EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
