Mobile ferromagnetic member in operation mode is subjected to magnetic field which is produced by winding and is connected to diaphragm. Its end has bell-shaped axial end member which is located about excitation winding. In addition, acoustic waveguide of device is turned like spiral about central cylindrical channel and ends by extending emitting output circuit, which is shaped as funnel.
