Hinged joints 21 and 22 are mounted on same side relative to electromagnetic member 7; change-over gear 9 is connected to moving element 8 at intermediate point between hinged joint 21 and butt-end area 26 of moving element 8; magnetic attraction to electromagnetic member 7 occurs at this level.
