SUBSTANCE: proposed swirl jet device has passive medium axial inlet, ring chamber with tangential branch pipe or active medium inlet branch pipes and ring nozzle with two shaped edges to direct working medium flow at angle to device axis. One of guide edges is provided with axial displacement mechanism. Ring chamber is separated from axial displacement mechanism, provided with one control outer member, by movable or fixed detachable partition. Cross-section of nozzle is made to profile of longitudinal section of de Laval nozzle. At least one round space or round groove is located behind the nozzle.
